Posting for traffic.

I'm a couple of years posy menopause. I did have hrt for a while but didn't feel too good so went without. I get white coat syndrome so when I wanted to try another the GP said no as my bp goes up in the surgery.

So I've tried natural alternatives. Vitamins etc. Latest is soy isoflavones. I'm not sure if these are suitable as today I've had 4 episodes of ice pick headaches.

They could be unrelated but I'm feeling hot. Also felt faint on a walk yesterday but hadn't eaten enough. Eaten plenty today. I'm at work but have managed to ignore the headaches so far.

Anyone else? Amy advice appreciated.

I have done an econsult at the drs. They'll probably ring Monday?

No, had headaches before menopause. Only headaches since were high blood pressure.

i'm peri and get them.. i also get migraines, i'm told they're related.

If you have white coat syndrome (I do), take your blood pressure at home, Usually they ask me to do it for a week, and then they use those readings, rather than in surgery.

Thanks for replying everyone.

Yes @bridgetreilly they mentioned doing that last time I went.

I've been to an activity with a friend tonight and it just happened once.

I've stopped taking the soy isoflavones just in case it's them affecting my estrogen?
