AIBU to have expected the Swim! Company to have automatically refunded the many lessons that they have cancelled ( mostly without any prior warning)? I naively just assumed that they would roll over any lessons that they have missed on to the next block as with other clubs. I should have read the small print, because you only get reimbursed if you get in touch by email and request it within 30days. They then bounce back lots of questions repeatedly before they will process, but never seem to receive a response. It’s just taken me a week to get through on the phone to the get the last two missed weeks refund. I just needed to vent!
