Stinging pain in my chest abdomen sometimes going through my under arms

I m experience stinging pains in my chest abdomen and sometimes going through my under arms. not being aggravated by what I eat. I mean I am very watchful of what I eat and not eaten anything since a few hrs. Please advise what should I do?

There's no point honesty. Their symptoms may be different. I know it's hard but just wait for tomorrow and in the mean time write some questions for the hospital down.
