Am irritated. Since Asda have updated their whole website, I have been unable to check-out any online orders I make. (I don't have the app)
This pops up after entering my CVV and clicking to pay.
"Sorry... Something went wrong.
If you are having problems confirming your order, please enter your card details again.
I clear my cache/browser etc and re-input my card details but no, same error.
Contacted customer service via Twitter, their reply;
"we aren't aware of any technical issues at the minute so I believe this to be an isolated incident. I would suggest trying on another device and maybe trying a different search engine?"
Is it just me having difficulty? Is anyone else, here, experiencing the same issue?
Any suggestions on next steps?
Surely, IANBU to expect that if companies are updating their site, they should get it right, with minimal adverse impact.
Fortunately though, other supermarkets are available, we won't starve 😄
