Nursery letting children eat lying down, and play in the toilet

My little girl’s nursery has released its Ofsted report today and it’s damning. It talks about kids seen eating lying down, staff not intervening, and bored children leaving activities to play in toilet cubicles.

obviously we’re trying to move her.

is it a breach of contract on their behalf? Can we pull her out outside his notice period based on this? Can we claim any fees back, do you think? We pay over the odds for this ‘wonderful forest school nursery’ which obviously is full of people too stupid not to stop kids doing utterly dangerous things in front of an Ofsted inspector. £1000 a month. Obviously that grates…

We had a rubbish ofsted report whilst out Dd was at nursery but it was for their documentary and policies. The care for the children they got a glowing report so kinda different!

But I still felt like a shit mum sending my Dd there. I had/have to work full time to support us and can't quit my job until I found a new nursery so feel your pain.

I'd say you can't just pull him out unless there is a Claus in the contract about they performance?

But if you can pull them out there isn't a price on your child's safety!

I always felt it was kids running nurseries as the pain is sooooooo bad.
