I got mugged last week and I'm still happy

Got mugged in Manchester City centre. Guy smashed into my side and obviously stuck his hand into my coat pocket to relieve me of my purse.

Unfortunately for him I was walking our dog to brewdog for 5 nights in their hotel as we were having a new bathroom fitted and I wasn't staying at home with no loo! (yes it's dog friendly so we brought her so shoot me).

All he managed to get out of my pocket was a full poo bag as I couldn't find a bin 🤷‍♀️🤣

A week on I'm still laughing at his face and the horrified noise he made as he launched it away from him (I turned round and was about to apologise for banging into him)

Definitely got his just desserts 🤣🤣 hope you are okay x

I'm ok! I hadn't even noticed he'd put his hand into my pocket which has put me more on edge when walking round the city centre, his face was priceless though.

I remember putting my head in my pocket once to find someone else’s hand in there. The guy who was planning on mugging me got very angry that I disrupted him. Attack is the best defence, after all.

Travelling in Asia during 2000’s it was not uncommon for backpacks to be rifled through in coach luggage holds on long journeys. Knowing this, mine contained nothing but stinky clothes that had been in constant use for 6 months. My bag did get rifled through on an overnight sleeper bus (found a good quality torch in my bust open bag that wasn’t mine). At this time everything was particularly stinky as we had just been on a five day forest trek. Everything smelt like wotsits. 🤮 .Was planning on washing the lot at the next pit stop. They didn’t take anything 😜

That reminds me of the time I had been sick into a carrier bag on the tube (morning sickness). As I came out of the station, I was looking for a bin to put it in when a scumbag on a bike snatched it out of my hand. I would have loved to be a fly on the wall when he discovered what it was he had pinched!
