Bit of a boring one I guess. I'm gonna get the snacks in for me and dd as the coverage starts at 3.30/4pm (UK obs)

I love to watch stuff like this, makes me feel connected to the world 😅🙈

Plus I wanna see if anyone slips up and let's their face show their real thoughts

Plus I'll be making comparisons between barron and Gary barlow's giant son

Genuinely didn't recognise George W Bush, quite shocked at his appearance! I feel sorry for Barron Trump as well, he looks uncomfortable and embarrassed at the attention. It must be difficult at that age to live under constant scrutiny.

Wow, where did you hear this?! I've heard rumours that they're heading for divorce but it could just be idle gossip for all I know. It does seem weird for Barack to attending alone when all the other former presidents have their spouses alongside them, not to mention missing Carter's funeral as you say.

I heard Michelle was just busy for Carter's funeral with a prior engagement and making a stand by not going to Trumps event.

I can’t remember where I first saw it, but a google search has many hits including The Daily Mail….. not that that adds legitimacy! But it’s definitely out there as a rumour!

I think it would be odder if she did choose to go. Trump set the tone of there being no requirement to attend an incoming president’s inauguration (he skipped Bidens) - so given she is not even the outgoing president I think it’s fine.

I’m going to be turning off the radio or TV if that man is on. I don’t want to hear his petulant whining again. Had enough after the first 4 years. He’s a fool.

I’m also boycotting the US for 4 years. Not that it will help in anyway, but I’m doing my bit in my own way. I won’t step foot on US soil till he’s gone; dead or left office.
