We have spent all week looking for a summer holiday. Constantly checked tripadvisor etc and thought we had found the perfect place in Cyprus. 4 star hotel with 4.5 star on tripadvisor. 3000 excellent reviews only a few bad ones etc. Booked it this afternoon. Since then I decided just to have a little look on TikTok and found nothing but horror videos, and even mention that it has been on holidays from hell twice!! We have found somewhere we want to swap to but what are the chances of onthebeach letting us change? And will they charge us and arm and a leg. We have only paid the deposit so far
