Mammogram panic

Help I forgot to hold my breath during mammogram recently now am panicking it will affect it

I've never been asked to hold my breath. And I have them every year after breast cancer.

I have never been told to hold my breath just stand still.

No need to panic! The staff member would have told you if the image wasn’t clear. I don’t think I’ve been told to hold my breath, just not to move, and I’ve had more than 20.

I've recently had a couple of mammograms and I was told to hold my breath, but like a pp said, the radiographer will be able to see there and then if the images are clear or not and would have redone them if needed. Don't worry :)

If only I could inflate my boobs a bit by taking a deep breath
