Will I ever fall pregnant?

Hi, I’m just looking for advice or what your opinions are.
i am early 20s & have had PCOS since I was around 16 (diagnosed anyway). I went years with no period but with provera I have a withdrawal bleed. But since starting metformin it’s restored my periods but they are like one every 3 months very irregular. I go a month or so without one sometimes then I just start bleeding so I must be ovulating right? My PCOS is severe- I can grow a full beard in a short amount of time and shave daily, pelvic pain, bloating etc especially in face and belly. I also have been diagnosed with HPV
is it possible I will fall pregnant naturally? I’m having unprotected sex because I’ve never fell pregnant in my whole life I would love a baby in the future but I really think I’m one of those people who will never experience it.
what are your thoughts?

I have voted YABU as you are having unprotected sex and only worried about pregnancy. You need to protect yourself from STIs which could damage your fertility even further.

My thoughts are that you should be protecting yourself from STIs.

Yes it is possible to fall pregnant with pcos.

You really need to use protection and plan, just like anyone else. Have you had the baby conversation with your dp? Are you in a position to provide for a child?

And as PP say, to protect against stis.
