Hi all, currently have been band A for 4 months now. I’ve never had a bid pending, this is the first time it’s happened to me. I don’t know what number I am in the queue, and I don’t want to get my hopes up to be contacted about the property but I had a missed call from an 07 number this week and I’m worried that was to ask if I would like a viewing! How many times do they usually reach out please & has anyone had any experience with their bid as ‘pending’? What was the outcome?
