Worrying about x ray report

Sorry to put in AIBU, but I am being unreasonable worrying and in the midst of loads of other life stress so just hoping for some eyes on an X-ray report for some clarity …. this was a pelvis xray I had after ongoing pain and understand OA has been found , the extra concern is at the bottom of the report it says RIS flag and urgent ? Googling brought up something relating to MS , but have heard nothing from GP except online message about referral to physio for OA… my gp almost impossible to reach , but have phone consult end of next week, but does anyone know whether I should be worrying about RIS flag or am I misreading ? X-ray was on 3rd Jan … any insight greatly appreciated !

I have a medical background but am not a radiologist. I hope someone can come on to give better advice. Meanwhile my opinion (PhD but not a specialist) is you should not panic too much. Nothing really worrying in your report. But do follow up intensively with your medical team and consider going private if you are not happy with the standard of care.

Radiology Information System.

I’m a radiographer, nothing concerning on this report. RIS is just our admin system where the requests/results are stored. Hope this helps put your mind at ease

nothing worrying there

Ah thank you all so much ☺️ I can stand down on the worrying …

I just read it as some early signs of arthritis in your hips and some lumbar arthropods.
