It depends what you want. If you both want a monogamous relationship, it doesn't really matter if you're straight or bi, until that relationship ends.

If you want more than one partner but he doesn't, you're not compatible and need to break up.

If you want a relationship with a woman when you're currently with a man, you need to break up.
