Have you noticed how many threads are appearing around this theme?

I'm wondering if this is the same poster who read too much Mallory Towers\Chalet school or if I'm really in a minority with kids that go to a boring day school and do hobbies for fun.

And no expensive summer camps abroad either!

Spotted that too...

I wonder what it will be tomorrow.

"I am French, DH is German, we live in Switzerland". DD plays tiddllywinks at Olympic level since we packed her off to finishing school aged 6 months....

At least they aren't complaining about paying VAT.

It's the next step up from the MN cliche boast about having 'sensible, sporty, willowy teens'.

I’ve noticed this too. At least 3 in the last 2 days. Weird.

But are they twins?

I've no idea, my butler arranges all the schooling.

It's a troll. I noticed one of those threads got zapped and I reported one this morning too which also got zapped - I got an email that confirmed it was a troll.

It's a weird one though, various different stories that mention a child or stepchild that went to a boarding school abroad and/or uni in the USA on a sports scholarship. Why??

I think I prefer the dap troll or the communist troll. I like my trolls properly crazy.

I like the M&S and 5g trolls.
