Hip replacement

I had my pre-op on Monday this week. When will my results be ready? Can I still expect a phone call anytime if there's something wrong?
I was told if nothing was wrong I wouldn't be contacted, but how long before I can stop worrying, expecting one anytime.
Hospital got in touch on Wednesday giving me a date for group therapy on Wednesday 22January.

What did the pre op include? Blood tests will have been available within hours, but may take them a few days to look at and comment on, same with ECG results.
Have you go the nhs app? if you are in England they may be viewable on there once they have reviewed the results.

I had all those tests. It's just so worrying after waiting so long. I had an arthropods in July. Part of my femoral head re because of sepsis where I nearly lost my life. I can barely walk now have no quality life. Thanks for your response.
