I'm with you on that. I had a horrible virus through most of January. The cold symptoms were minimal but the fatigue that came with it was horrendous.

I was just starting to get back to normal in the last week or so and bam, I now have a horrible cold.

Unicorns always used to be majestic, mystical, magical, untameable, wild, beautiful, shining white beasts. The myths and legends surrounding them are very old and they feature on some very important and ancient symbols.

I don't like seeming them babyfied and I have no idea why they've weirdly been lumped in with rainbow everything. This version of them is just crap, frankly.

And yes I do know that having such strong opinions about a mythical creature is strange and pointless, but I have them I do.

Oh yes should have included taxi drivers just any taxi driver they think they own the road) and anyone dropping something off or delivering who stop in the middle of the road 10 yards from a space they could have pulled into.

The ubiquitous "pasta with red sauce or chicken nuggets (or goujons if fancy) and chips" makes me want to rant at the poor, innocent server. I don't, of course.
I can understand it getting complicated when in fine dining - daily seasonal deliveries, exact stock orders, careful menu plans with limited covers, freshly made ingredients etc. BUT most restaurants here do not operate that way, so just bloody let us order a 'half serving' of the seafood risotto or the pork chops and chips ffs, because I'm sick of sharing my food with my child! Phew.

Duel factor authentication. Half the time my phone is upstairs, or out of charge, and I have the banking app on my tablet not my phone. I know it is for my own security, but I just want to buy my books!

Laundry - it's a horrible neverending cycle of washing, hanging to dry, folding/putting away and so on. See also: washing up!
