I know it's not really an AIBU i just want to ask a planty question 😊
So we've got big minuses forecast tonight. Rural. I've got a wall planted up with loads of lavender out front. Normal not French. They're quite small still but doing well bless 'em.
It used to be French but when we had that -10 overnight the winter before last it killed it all stone dead. I replanted it all with normal lavender that spring because they are meant to tolerate down to -10 ....
Well tonight we're going bellow that they say! (So that's all the cordylines dead again as well 😥I've tried everywhich way to protect them and nothing works. So i give up now with them) but my main question is: does anyone who lives where it regularly goes down to less than -10 cover their lavender? And does it work?? TIA
