Suppose to be delivered between 7pm and 9pm and it’s still not here.

AIBU to not want to wait up? I’m literally in bed now.

Is it Iceland?

No it’s not a food delivery. Just a regular household item from M&S. just think delivering this late is ridiculous and the fact that it’s still not here

I would allow longer personally; traffic and unexpected issues can mean that 15 minutes is a reasonable amount of time to be late on a 2 hour slot, in my view. Is this a grocery delivery which will spoil if left on the doorstep? If so you could be shooting yourself in the foot, though I would expect a call if they are going to be more than 20 minutes late. If it’s Amazon, then their two hour slots are very much always only an estimate.

Whenever I've had notification of a delivery being after 7pm, they have literally NEVER turned up, and end up delivering the next day. If you need to go to sleep and you're still worried, stick a note on the door saying, 'you weren't here when you were supposed to be, so bring it back tomorrow, but DO NOT leave it on the doorstep or disturb me'.
