He's got every right to say what he wants, but as he's not a UK citizen or resident his views are irrelevant.

I'm no fan of Starmer or Farage, but he is clearly wrong on all points he has raised, and has no idea of how our systems of government work (ie there are tight limits on what you can spend in an election campaign and money doesn't get you elected, hence we are fortunate to have MPs from across the social spectrum and a wide range of parties and positions, not just 2 as they do in the US).
