I love a bit of sexting and I also love it when men talk during sex. But the point of both of those things is to be dirty/sexy/adult, not to make baby noises or try to be funny.

I'd be perfectly happy for a partner to text me about what enjoyable things he had in mind for my nipples in the bedroom later, but I wouldn't want him to do that in a way that involved stupid noises, baby talk, silly voices or anything that implies breastfeeding or childishness, because that's a colossal turn-off.

It's really not complicated. Mentioning nipples in a sexual context isn't somehow inviting the other person to make baby noises or reference breastfeeding FFS.
