To not understand how I've got another cold

I seem to have had a permanent cold for most of last year. Started in May with horrendous flu and then just seemed to have one a month.

Then another really horrendous one in December and antibiotics for a sinus infection.

Then took some leave for Christmas and finally started to feel better.

This morning woke up and nose streaming again.

I eat healthily. I exercise. I was my hands all the time.

Aibu to just not understand how I keep on getting colds and ask for advice on how to get rid of yet another one

For ref op I take 4000iu + K2 with fat based breakfast.

Plus 500mg of magnesium malate - morning, and glycinate - evening as these are 'Co factors' for the vitamin D.

I got my ferritin from 16 to 118 in two years by taking ferrous sulphate +Vitamin C tablet every 48 on an empty stomach, with no food or drink for two hrs. Plus fitted mirena coil.

Sorry that's 4000iu VITAMIN D.

Easy to pick bugs up on a train, no ventilation and jam packed with people coughing etc
Is your office well ventilated?

No advice really, but I feel you OP.

I'm the same, and have been since childhood. Colds are my weak spot immunity-wise. I very rarely get tummy bugs, never had a water infection, never get earaches, get a bad cough about every 5 years. But colds? From about October to April I've either got one, or am recovering from one.

I started with a cold on about the 15th December, the worst of it got better in about a week, but I'd say I only got rid of the last bit on about the 29th. They just linger for ages!

I would probably be wondering by now if these are actually colds and not an allergic reaction to something. It's unusual to have colds year round.
