Morning after pill?

First time taking a morning after pill due to contraception failed - I took this three weeks ago and have no been bleeding for a fortnight quite heavy I’m having heart palpitations and feeling completely exhausted… I’ve called the doctors and got an appointment tomorrow regarding this but has anyone ever experienced this? I had one called levogestrel?

Where were you in your cycle when you had the contraception failure? The morning after pill won't work if you have already ovulated. Have you taken a pregnancy test?

I think it worked out as I was 4-5dayd away from ovulation? But the bleeding I’m having happened two days after the pill itself and it’s very heavy lots of clots which I was advised could happen but not for almost a fortnight? I have a loss of appetite as I just feel drained I previously suffered with anemia so I think I’m having that due to the amount of blood loss
