To ask about swaddling

My baby is 8 weeks old and we have swaddled since birth, it really helps her to sleep. We currently use the Tommee Tippee arms in sleeping bags (grobags?)

She is getting increasingly active and I have noticed in the day when she is on her back that she can really crane her head back, and raise her arm and leg at the same time. It’s as if she might roll, but I have read online that this doesn’t happen until 4-6 months and it’s usually front to back first

I am wondering if it’s safe to still keep her arms swaddled overnight or if we need to put her in a sleeping bag from now

Thank you

you should stop swaddling when your baby shows signs that they’re trying to roll over, which is usually between 2 and 6 months. It sounds like your little one is at that stage, so I would stop the swaddling now to be safe.
