If it's to do with the acid in Coke than stomach acid is stronger than Coke acid so I'd have thought nothing exciting would happen.

As it happens I'm just watching the Royal institute Christmas lectures and I think it's something to do with enzymes in saliva (not really paying attention and did hardly any biology at school so not 100% sure).

Mythbusters tried this with a pig stomach. It just kept stretching. Stomachs are impressively elastic.

I imagine it would just cause a huge belch and a gush of follow-through. Willing to await the update to find out.
