For a while now I’ve been having random cramp and what feels like period pain. My sides sometimes hurt. I don’t have regular periods due to having implant for 2.5 years but when I do they last forever. I haven’t had sex for about a year and I can’t use a toy now as it just won’t work properly and it feels sore any sort of penetration. I also urinate quite frequently. I haven’t lost any weight no loss of appetite but I do get indigestion a lot and reflux and I do have ibs. Im worried about what’s going on
