My mum hasn't been well. She has a lot of chronic illness and is CEV. We were at urgent care yesterday where she was checked out and told her headache wasn't anything serious.

I've been trying to ring her today and she's not answering the phone. She lives with my dad and has been online today. It's just freaking me out that she hasn't answered her phone (though she has form for breaking them)

I'm genuinely not sure if I should go round and make sure she's okay. I've worried but I don't want her to think I'm overreacting. I'm also not well at the moment. I also have diagnosed PTSD around stuff like this so I can't trust my own judgement.

Surely if she lives with dad, you'd have been informed of anything untoward happened

Bettysnow · 30/12/2024 18:08

Can you ring your dad?

spuddy4 · 30/12/2024 18:08

You won't relax until you pop around and see if she's okay, she's probably fine but better to put your mind at rest and see what's going on with her phone.

You'd think but unfortunately my dad isn't well himself and really struggles with phones.

Sister is speaking to her now on their landline. Not sure why she's not answering her mobile but she's okay at least!
