been ill a lot this year massive mouth abbsess then sinus nose trouble lost a lot of weight very tired, 5 weeks ago both hands were very swollen all blisters very sore,sent photo to doctors saw gp.got rushed next day urgent blood tests , saw skin specialist week later i have chillblain lupas,its quite rare. on steriod cream for my hands, got pills to improve flow of blood to hands, went back to skin doctor xmas eve, im starting on malaria pills soon, very fed up so tired, googled it ,thank you in advance

I'm sorry you are suffering at the moment, I absolutely feel your pain; I too have Lupus and suffer from chilblains.
It sounds like you are newly diagnosed, so I would recommend getting in touch with Lupus UK - they have so much information that will help.
Has your GP referred you to a Rheumatologist yet? That is who manages and reviews the medication/treatment side of things usually.
It takes time for the medication to kick in and find the correct management dosage, alongside learning to manage flare ups - it's doable but it's also about learning how your body works and listening to it when you are feeling tired and resting.

seeing just the skin doctor as chillblain lupas is more his field, have googled it and its not that common.he is following the on line medicine route see him again in another month.yes will contact lupas uk.just a bit in shock but my dentist just could not work out why i was getting massive mouth abbesses all the time the lupas might explain some of that ,
