Has anyone been in same boat as me i had an operation removing a lump out my tummy and they temoved my right ovary amd tube got told when i woke up from surgery i couldn't have kids because my left side was badly damaged 5 years later im now pregant i go for an early scan monday because im high risk of epoptic just wsnt know if anyine has fell preganant in same situation as me and the baby implanted in the right place just want a healthy baby this will be my fellas first child my 3rd

Did they say you 100% couldn't get pregnant?

Yes said 100 percent i would need pay for ivf if i wanted any in furture it upset my fella when i was told but he was happy with his step children but we bith happy but scared ill lose my other ovary now if its ectopic

But I'm pretty sure there's a higher risk of an ectopic pregnancy with IVF compared to naturally conceived?

Yes IVF actually increases the chances of an ectopic if you have damage to your tubes already

No my other side is badly damaged thats why they said i cant have anymore kids so the ovary and tube i have lefted is damaged if you vet what i mean

They should've taken it out then if they were 100% sure you couldn't have children.

If God forbid the worst happened and you got seriously ill or died from an ectopic pregnancy, they've left themselves wide open to being sued, not to mention the devastation caused to your children!

Either way, I'd be going through all communication to see if they've told you that in writing.
