Internet controls for teenagers

To ask if there is any such thing as an internet provider that you can easily turn Wi-Fi on/ off via an app for different devices.

For example- turning gaming devices off until homework is completed etc?

We have BT full fibre 900, on the app we can put a timer schedule on any device and also pause access for for a set time or until you change it back.
