Not an AIBU but not a style and beauty either so posting here for traffic.
For a few years now around a week before I get my period I get these nose sores. Can't really call them spots, no pus but sometimes blood. They are bright red and always in exactly the same place on my nose. They crack open and bleed, anyone else, how can I treat them? I'm 43 if that's relevant.
