The title says it all but if you had a relative in a lovely home and the carers give the best possible experience for the lovely residents. At times massively short staffed, different departments all pulling together. The majority working 12 hour shifts, getting up at 5.30 am walking for an hour, not offered breakfast, lunch or supper. To get food they have to organise themselves beforehand..not easy sorting out breakfast, lunch and supper the night before if working the previous day ! Nowhere to store 3 meals .So anyway Christmas has been and gone and the new owner has not made any noises about showing any appreciation as to how fucking hard the staff have worked !! Previous boss gave out gift cards and actually said THANK YOU!
Not even a card WTAF…is this normal expectations these days in private businesses ??!!!
