Final warning?

Today I received another threatening message from my ex, telling me I’m

‘an obstacle in my way. I will move you if I must. Final warning.’

How can I stop this from happening?

As a pp recommended, call the non emergency police number (101 assuming you're in the UK) and ask for their advice/help. If he turns up at your house, call 999.

Do you have any friends or relatives that you can stay with, or who could stay with you?

We are away right now. I need to make a plan for when we go back. Saw the police yesterday
