My little girls has had and been snorting for over 3 weeks, she had the pox 1.5 weeks ago and still got a cough, this evening after being fine all day she went quickly down hill and then was sick, not I suffer from severe anxiety and I'm panicked my 5 year old will also get sick does this happen every time one is sick? I'm beside myself even though my son is absolutely fine. I'm more worried as they shared a bed last night.

I'm assuming it could be the rubbish she has been eating? Or just she has a virus but I'm just a mess and almost at panic attack stage! Any help or words of calm are welcomed 💜

Breathe. It could be a hundred things, but if she's been ill and therefore at home she probably doesn't have a stomach bug as she won't have caught it.

My kids all had a temp with one instance of vomiting at the end a couple of weeks ago. Could be that.

She has had a cold then the pox (my son avoided it but got a cold) then we have been home since 20th any went to my parents for one night and fine all day then decided that she felt poorly half way through dinner.....not sure if it's the amount. If food she has been eating and mixing but I am literally shaking and crying I feel so stupid!! But worry has taken over!

Hey, panic is shite so be nice to yourself. Remember that you and your daughter are 100% safe and it'll pass.

Here if you want to chat through it:)
