Did you turn 40 and manage to turn your health around in a meaningful way? Have you managed to reverse some conditions and/or stop others in their tracks?
I need to sort myself out. I am a healthy weight but my diet has been pretty terrible. Recent blood tests show low B12, folic acid and iron. Feel tired and low most of the time and just achey and a bit shit.
I need to start exercising regularly and eating better. I love healthy food and can cook pretty well, I just haven’t had the motivation to look after myself.
I am scared to start in case I fail. I’m not good at sticking to routines for very long - as soon as I veer off course I just stop entirely! I need some inspiration please!

I completely stopped smoking and drinking at 40. Change is possible at 40 yes.

That’s amazing! What did you find worked for you to quit?

I lost 3 stone and reversed my high blood pressure at 45. Started daily yoga practice (movement, breathing and meditation); completely changed my life.

Yep. Lost 3 stone so far and still going, exercise regularly, feel amazing. It’s never too late!
