So my partner has been sick since Saturday, my DD2 is sick also. He says its the most sick he has ever felt. So obviously it's not great timing with christmas but I've done most of the preparation for christmas anyway. Have bought all the presents, done all the cleaning etc etc. He did do a food shop on Sunday. I've been doing my best to look after my sick 2 year old, making the lead up to christmas feel special for my 4 year old as it's the first christmas she really understands and is very excited.
Despite being very sick he is not keeping up with taking painkillers but will continue to moan about being sick. I can't understand this. Today my youngest was really upset, tired from being sick so had to put her for a late nap. Earlier this morning we had gone to get some last minute bits and needed more wrapping paper. My partner said he would go get the wrapping paper. I had been up last night with my dd coughing and unsettled was awake for over an hour so when she napped for an hour I rested with her. She woke around 4.30. I came down and asked my partner about wrapping paper and he got in a complete huff saying he doesn't know where he will get it etc etc. He was the one who offered to get it. He has been in a foul humour not responding to me, essentially ignoring me and it's so frustrating.
