Did something stupid is ir ok to eat this ham! Urgent

Bought a ham joint for Xmas thinking it was to freeze and then eat but it’s actually ready to eat and says keep refrigerated? Can I cook it warm and still eat it if I’ve friezes and defrosted it ? I know I didn’t read the small print and have been hectic busy last few days. No excuse but

It's no worse than the ham on your frozen pizza.

I'd slice before heating though, you're not cooking it so it won't be in the oven long enough for the inside to get hot before the outside is dried out.

Ok thanks! I was just thinking it just said keep refrigerated but I put it in the freezer and and it was all ready to eat anything! I got it confused with gammon joint. Never mind

You could look up the product on the supermarket where you bought it. Often they include storage/cooking instructions
