My baby nanny and grandad has got a runny nose sound likes a cold coming on, it's her first Christmas but we are due to have Christmas dinner and the day there would it be okay for my 7 month old to be around them

It is absolutely fine, assuming your baby has no underlying health issues.

Yes fine, your baby isn't a newborn anymore and it doesn't sound serious, just a cold. Same as half the population at the moment.

There are 7 month old babies in nurseries being exposed to all sorts of bugs. It will be fine.

OP... I'm going to buck the trend here, have you seen them? Do you know it's "just sniffles"? Have they tested for covid? Had the flu jab? We all came down with the flu last year because of "just a little sniffle"
