To ask about an old thread

There was a thread (actually 2 or 3 that followed on from each other) maybe about a year ago. It was about a mum to a vulnerable 16/17/18 year old son who was dating an older woman. The older woman was controlling of him in a worrying way. He started living with her, he was often absent from college, changed his mobile phone, cut his mum out of his life almost completely.

I think about her every now and then and wonder what happened. Does anyone recognise my description and know what happened?

I do, but no idea what happened. Bumping it for both of us!

Yes I remember that one, I have a son of the same age so got quite invested even though I never posted on it. I hope he’s ok.
