Evri - how do I speak to an actual person

Pretty annoyed at a parcel being delivered contrary to delivery instructions.

Any one got any tips on how I can get to speak to an actual person rather than a bot?

Try typing in AGENT? In their chat

How many parcels per month do you send with them? I would you assume you have an account manager if you're spending lots with them each month.

If not, they don't really care what you think.

I have found email support to be helpful recently. They normally respond within a few hours and their response is actually helpful.

Log it in a chat and an agent will get back to you within 24h.

Speak to EZRA and they get back to you. Just had that this week.
