Locked in a building

Posting here for traffic. On holiday with family skiing. Slopes usually close at 3.30pm ski centre 5pm. Today slopes open until 6pm. I left family to go and get changed at 4.50pm. We assumed ski centre and lockers would be open until 6pm like the slopes. The lockers are in a room off the main ski centre. I got changed and tried the doors and they were locked. This was 4.55pm, I shouted banged and kicked but no answer. Tried ringing family but they were all on slopes. Eventually got through to son at 5.20pm and he came but the ski centre was locked. He eventually found someone to open the door at 5.30pm. This young girl opened the door laughing, didn't say anything just laughed at me. How do I deal with this tomorrow with the rep. I feel like a) we should of been told centre was shutting at 5pm when they told us the slopes were open until 6pm b) the locker room should have been checked before the building was closed and c) the girl who opened the door should have been a bit more sympathetic. I'm terrified of enclosed spaces and was having a panic attack. Also rest of family couldn't get changed and have had to carry all the ski equipment back to the apartment and don't have snow boots to wear this evening to go out for food. I know I'm very fortunate to be on this holiday and these are first world problems but it has really upset me.

Well you just tell the rep that. Not sure what you’re asking really. Just go see the rep and tell them exactly what you’ve written here.

You were there for around half an hour, nothing bad happened and you were fine.
You assumed opening times rather than check
Its not idea and I appreciate it wasn't nice but everyone is fine and I am sure they will manage with other shoes for one night.
Just move on and enjoy the rest of your holiday now
