Wind chimes!?!

Not really aibu, but we had new neighbours move in 3 weeks ago and the first thing they did was put up wind chimes in their garden. Right below my bedroom window/ work desk.

Tonight drunk me thought it would be funny to take them down using a litter pick at 12.30 when I returned home from a work night out. Tonight I shall sleep in a peaceful alcohol sleep with no gentle tingles

Ha. Where are the chimes now?

@Elizo just resting on their lawn. I did consider my bin but I just couldn't commit

Totally fair enough OP! Having to be awake because of wind chimes is just plain wrong.

Do it every night!

I would pay you to dispose of them for me. Wood ones I like but I don't want to hear them at my house. Metal ones would drive anyone to insanity they are abusive
