Vinted? Awful customer care, am I the only one??

I cannot believe the customer care at Vinted. The buyers compulsory protection fee must rake in a fortune for them but seems to offer me nothing. Beginning to wonder if much of the stuff is shoplifted too. Anything good about Vinted??

I think when you see all the unopened beauty products they are obviously stolen. Sorry can't comment on the customer service as I don't sell with them and only buy cheap things that I can afford to lose on.
