Didn't put make up on this morning before work. I took my makeup bag with me but not my moisturizer. Now I'm going out to have drinks. Should I apply makeup on bare skin without moisturizer, or use my hand cream as a base on my face ? (Unscented). That's all I have here. Time sensitive so appreciate anyone who can give advice. Obviously this is not a critical problem
