To ask how to use the underground?

I used to get an underground ticket with my train ticket as an all in one travel card but can't seem to get one now. Have they stopped doing them?

What's the simplest way for me to get a ticket? It's a one off and I don't like using apps so just need to know what to do on the day. Also potentially travelling in the early hours of the morning when ticket offices closed.

Thanks

From Google:
The Jubilee line on the London Underground typically operates from 5 AM–midnight Monday through Saturday, with slightly reduced hours on Sunday. However, the Jubilee line is part of the Night Tube, which runs 24 hours on Fridays and Saturdays. Off-peak fares apply on the Night Tube.

Sadiq Khan's decision apparently! Ah well, it was good while it lasted...

@IKEAJesus maybe it depends on the method of purchase or the train company?

OP in my experience tube lines run til about 1am and I thought I heard they've been extended even later. Have you tried tfl's journey planner online? It's very good.

Ah, he changed his mind on that one last year when they agreed to give him more money! But yes, don’t know whether some companies stopped doing them.

London day travelcards saved following revenue deal

Mayor Sadiq Khan says the travelcard will stay with TfL receiving a "fairer share" of revenue.

Thanks @PragmaticIsh . I should be at Waterloo by midnight and if I then have to get to Paddington I suppose I could get a taxi if the underground is closed

Type your journey details into TfL journey planner: https://tfl.gov.uk/
If you're at Waterloo by midnight you should be OK for the tube but best to check via the TfL link.

You say you're going from the O2 to Paddington? The last time I was at a concert at the O2 at the end of August, we queued to get in the underground and got on the tube near to midnight. We took the Jubilee line to Baker Street and then changed to the Bakerloo line and arrived at Paddington sometime after midnight (must have been around 00:25) in time to get a train at 00:45.
