These Grinch videos

I've seen no end of videos on Tik Tok of people seemingly paying someone dressed as the Grinch to rush into their home and pretend to steal the children's presents. The children are always fucking terrified and screaming. I also saw one of a little girl posing on a chair next to the Grinch who then flipped the chair on the count of 3.

Why do parents literally terrify their children for 'hilarious' videos? I get that in years to come the kids might look back and find it funny but in that moment, a monster has literally broken into their home and is stealing their stuff.

I don't get this pranking our kids for likes. It's gross.

Because people like you keep watching them 🤷🏻‍♂️

Sorry OP but I agree with the above. They're made because people will engage with it, either by saying it is disgusting etc. or hilarious.

This is a great remibder of why I stopped using social media a few years ago. It is quite honestly a total waste of your precious time on earth!

Will you look back on your life and think "I'm so glad I spent all those hours watching 15 second videos made by people I'll never meet about stuff I don't care about"?

I don't have TT but they come up on Instagram and Facebook.
