What is this on my ear? GP doesn’t know?

Sorry for the gross picture.

I went to the GP with this two weeks ago. It’s a big purple/red bump in my earlobe.
GP was actually unsure what it was, so gave me antibiotics. I have since finished the course but if anything it’s got worse.

The blue circles are piercing holes, the yellow is where the bump is.

I have also tried sevlon cream each day but nothing… any quick fixes much appreciated please!!!

Keloid?

Looks like the start of a keloid.

Isn’t a keloid a scar? Looks like infection to me. Not a doctor though!

If it doesn’t clear up, get a referral to an nhs dermatologist. Looks like the start of a keloid, and if so, will get bigger,
or
go privately to local dermatology clinic.
Ask Google and contact them. Send photo & they’ll probably come back to you with possible diagnosis and treatment plan,
I know this from personal experience. Not cheap, but so worthwhile.
