How will working term time affect company nursery staff

I don't understand the question. A nursery is moving from all year round to term time only? You've got a new term time only job?

I am working in nursery and I want to work only during term time (during school days) so I want to know how it will effect my company and work colleagues

If it's a day nursery it probably wouldn't work. They'll have the same amount of children in school holidays. So they'll need to find someone to work in your place during the holidays, who won't be needed in the term time.

You should talk to your manager but be prepared for the answer to be no.
