It's the last week of school and I can't be bothered to enforce the 'no tablet on school days' rule, so dd is watching 'simon the rabbit' at full volume on the iPad whilst munching on a family size bag of crisps, 30 mins before dinner time

I've well and truly given up, but this would be the last straw

I mean, if you don't properly test the panettone, youll otherwise be forced to presume its off, and that does noone any good! 😄

I have two boxes of celebrations calling to me.

Unfortunately one is due to go in to preschool tomorrow and the other is for my child’s birthday for him to give out at school. I’ve been trying to work out if I could replace that one before Wednesday…

I definitely see it as these chocs are for December, not just Christmas! We’ve been eating things like this for ages now whilst cosying up watching Christmas films… once the tree is up, it’s time to crack them out. Just buy more for Christmas Day if needs be 🎄

I cant mock you, i had a terrys chocolate orange and a tub of mint aero yesterday...then had a cuppa with a friend who has lost 4 stone on mounjaro and im severely tempted....its either that or get my jaws wired up....

I have had a tin since September but was hungover on saturday - they have all gone now!

We open ours when Arthur Christmas starts at 6pm on Christmas Eve. Though I've technically opened them already and removed all the ones no one likes and back filled with a second box!

Was just going to deride everyone for being amateurs as I’ve opened the port but “chapeau” Spaceid. There are however two boxes of Bittermints and two boxes of Florentines singing their siren song every time I go in the kitchen.
