Hi do I have a chance of getting a home on 6 to 10 ranking am band A

Impossible to say, unless you work for the same council and have detailed knowledge of the LA figures, etc

Difficult to say. Our local authority allows the top 3 to view at the same time in case first turns it down. The good news is that you're placing highly so even if you don't get this one, it hopefully won't be long until you're offered something.
