Hi mums! I have a 3 year old and a 8 month old. I have been invited to attend an interview for an admin position for term time only which would be ideal.
to those that have similar experience, it says that I will have two short tests consisting of tasks. Please could anyone share any knowledge or tips on preparation please.
thank you

If it is school based, there will be questions around safeguarding. There may be some sort of inbox task - prioritising incoming emails etc...

Safeguarding will 100% come up. What to do if a child wants to tell you a secret? Whose responsibility is safeguarding?

Maddy70 · 16/12/2024 13:40

ÃŒtll be a prioritising task. Safeguarding always trumps everything

If there are 2 tasks, one will
likely be a prioritisation task. Children and safeguarding come first, others less important of the order if you can justify your reasons. Second may be an email reply to a parent, to check your writing skills.

Look at the person spec for the job, it should have assessment codes against each line, either test, interview or application.
